Beran Djemal is a Cypriot journalist, fixer, and field producer, fluent in English and Turkish, with experience supporting international media crews, broadcasters, and documentary filmmakers across Cyprus.

Her previous work with Cyprus Community Media Centre strengthened her background in community media and cross-community storytelling. She has collaborated on productions for ARD, ITV, Al Jazeera, Euronews, ARTE, United Nations Development Programme, and independent film and documentary teams, providing research, access, coordination, and field production support.

Beran has been working with Crewhouse since 2009.
