Cyprus What If

Following the success and the open discussion and debate the Cyprus: The Nine O'Clock News in the Year 2030 caused, it was decided to produce a follow up film. Economists Dr Pissarides and Dr Besim discuss the pros and cons of a the possible economic future of a united Cyprus. The visual effect tilt-shift (or "miniature faking”) was used is some shots to create the optical illusion of real-world scenes miniatures.
